Manage customer onboarding, implementation, enablement, adoption, retention, and issue resolution for gaming products. Serve as the primary customer contact, maintain CRM records, monitor usage data, gather feedback, coordinate internal teams, support customer projects, and communicate deliverables and success plans. The role requires previous casino or gaming systems experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and travel up to 75%.

Support accurate billing, invoicing and accounts receivable by preparing invoice calculations, posting accounting entries, managing promotions and bonus uploads, resolving billing disputes, conducting debtor follow-ups, validating vendor calculations, maintaining records for audit, and collaborating with commercial partners and senior finance team members to ensure timely collections and revenue control.

Develop and execute test plans and scripts for game themes and operating systems. Identify, reproduce, isolate, document, and track software defects through resolution. Provide project status updates, testing feedback, progress reports, and continuous improvement recommendations. Collaborate with software development teams and internal stakeholders, maintain communication with management, participate in meetings, and support additional departmental projects as assigned.
