Scope deliverable programs with operations and AI engineering, lead proposals and negotiations, close new enterprise logos, and provide buyer insights for roadmap development.

Own architecture for global web, mobile, and integration platforms. Modernize legacy .NET portals into scalable AWS cloud-native solutions, define architecture and API standards, lead design and code reviews, contribute to .NET development and production support, and mentor engineers. The role includes architecting ASP.NET MVC and React applications, REST services, microservices, event-driven systems, and enterprise integrations, with on-call responsibilities and a focus on development efficiency and AI tooling.

Manages customer success programs for contact center and BPO clients, overseeing vendor compliance, implementation, KPI performance, reporting, budgets, escalations, and improvement plans. Builds client relationships, facilitates meetings, monitors program trends, resolves issues, and supports vendors in achieving performance goals. Requires at least five years of contact center or BPO operations management experience, strong quality assurance and analytical skills, vendor management knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft applications.
