Teams at ARISE Child and Family Service, Inc.

Provide federally guaranteed advocacy services to residents of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across assigned counties. Manage ombudsman program activities, coordinate visits and casework, maintain community resource knowledge, and communicate with stakeholders. Requires travel within the region and regular office hours.

Provide direct and indirect employment supports for individuals in Supported Employment, Pathway to Employment, and Prevocational programs. Train clients on job duties, workplace behaviors, travel and communication skills; document progress; build relationships with employers and co-workers; and assist the Employment Services Supervisor with program implementation.

Provide one-to-one support to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Duties include mentoring, skill-building, transporting clients, following schedules, using mobile apps for community support, and adapting to varied assignments and shifts.
