Manage daily operations of the Palm Beach Gardens office, including facilities, vendors, supplies, onboarding, events/trade shows, travel and purchasing. Serve as primary on-site contact for employees, visitors and vendors, support leadership with administrative tasks, track expenses and inventory, and ensure a welcoming, organized workplace.

The Tier 2 IT Support Technician will handle support tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, manage escalations, and maintain client systems in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Provide Tier 2 support for IT issues, assist with server maintenance, network configuration, and monitor client systems in an MSP environment.
