Own end-to-end architecture for a multi-tenant production product across data, services, integrations, infrastructure, security, and reliability. Produce C4 diagrams and ADRs, write and review critical production code, stabilize systems, lead incident postmortems, and collaborate with product and customers. Use AI-augmented engineering tools responsibly and mentor engineers on systems thinking.

Own and deliver full-stack features end-to-end: design, implement, test, deploy, and support UI, APIs, and data. Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA, apply AI tooling daily, maintain code quality, observability, and production readiness while improving architecture and addressing failure modes.

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of accounts to drive growth, establish deep relationships, advocate for client needs, and align internal teams with client success.
