Supports Attendant Care Monitoring operations through accurate recordkeeping, spreadsheet and report management, payroll and vehicle compliance assistance, employee and member documentation, internal communication, troubleshooting, and administrative support. The role is remote and requires independent work, Microsoft Excel proficiency, database learning, reliable home workspace, and occasional local travel for meetings or training.

Supervises direct support professionals and administrative staff, manages member caseloads, oversees payroll, billing, documentation, compliance, training, certifications, and service data. Addresses incidents and complaints, attends planning meetings, participates in on-call coverage, and maintains relationships with members, families, and staff. The remote role requires some travel and in-person meetings.
