Designs, specifies, and evaluates pressure vessels, heat-transfer equipment, and rotating machinery for oil and gas and energy projects. Prepares equipment specifications, datasheets, requisitions, bid evaluations, and technical reports; reviews vendor documentation for code compliance; supports fabrication, inspection, testing, construction, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Interfaces with vendors, clients, and interdisciplinary teams while providing guidance to junior engineers.

Leads project schedule development, baseline approval, optimization, resource planning, progress monitoring, risk mitigation, and delay analysis. Coordinates schedules with project teams, clients, cost controls, and estimating groups. Manages WBS and coding structures, critical path analysis, milestones, float, EVM, forecasting, and performance reporting. Supports contractual compliance, corrective actions, lessons learned, and continuous improvement. The role primarily operates in an office environment with occasional travel to off-site work locations.

Leads the design, development, and execution of instrumentation and control systems for onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities. Prepares specifications, calculations, equipment evaluations, procurement documents, control diagrams, and engineering deliverables. Coordinates with clients, suppliers, project teams, and other disciplines; ensures quality and compliance; supports cost estimating and scope definition; and mentors junior engineers. The role includes occasional travel to plant, shop, and off-site locations.
