Fabricate thermal interface materials and customer samples, execute production runs, and own shipped-material quality. Design experiments, analyze process data, improve repeatability and yield, develop SOPs, maintain and calibrate lab equipment, manage inventory, and fulfill customer sample orders. The role is hands-on and on-site, involving chemical handling, QC/QA documentation, process improvement, and collaboration with engineering and R&D teams.
