Verifies property sales, leasing revenue, collections, commissions, and payouts. Reconciles ERP, CRM, bank, lease, payment, and finance records; reviews pricing, approvals, KYC/AML, deposits, arrears, and compliance with policies and regulations. Maintains exception registers, investigates discrepancies and fraud risks, recommends control improvements, coordinates corrections with stakeholders, and tracks audit findings through closure.

Plans, monitors, and controls project schedules, critical paths, milestones, resources, productivity, and contractor performance. Identifies delays and risks, prepares progress and forecasting reports, develops recovery plans, evaluates extension-of-time claims, and supports cost control and contractual compliance. Coordinates with project stakeholders to ensure timely execution. Requires civil engineering or related education, 5–10 years of project planning experience, mandatory GCC experience, fluent English, and UPDA registration.

Conduct risk-based internal audits across contracting operations, including project execution, procurement, cost control, subcontractor management, compliance, and governance. Review budgets, variances, materials, labor, equipment, vendor selection, contracts, and site controls. Perform site audits, identify control gaps and operational risks, prepare reports, track recommendations, and advise management on internal control improvements while maintaining independence.
