Lead portfolio-level project controls for large-scale construction and real estate development. Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, EVM, governance, dashboards, digital transformation (P6 to Power BI), ERP integration, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and executive/Board reporting.
