Create visually appealing designs, illustrations, logos, and layouts for multiple media. Interpret briefs, incorporate feedback, ensure on-brand final assets, collaborate with copywriters and creative directors, manage multiple projects to deadlines, and stay current with design trends and software.

Manage, track, and distribute project documentation for the Development team. Maintain document registers, revision histories, and electronic files (SharePoint). Coordinate reviews and approvals, distribute approved drawings and specs, and ensure compliance with company document control procedures while supporting stakeholders and project workflows.

Coordinate and process government approvals and permits for real estate development projects; liaise with municipal and national authorities; submit and follow up on building permits, NOCs, land approvals, and project documentation; ensure timely renewal of permits and licenses.
