Own and scale the affiliate and partner ecosystem: acquire and onboard partners, manage relationships, drive partner-sourced agent activation and retention, develop affiliate programs and dashboards, and deliver measurable revenue and retention milestones.

Lead content strategy and production for the founders personal brand and Aria. Own editorial calendars, run studio shoots, produce and edit long- and short-form video, relaunch the podcast, manage an editor/designer, and build scalable repurposing systems to drive audience growth and business results.
