Lead and oversee clinical operations across medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Drive staff development, regulatory compliance, program performance, budgeting, outreach, accreditation, immunization, and clinic site planning. Serve on administrative leadership, manage hiring/training, coordinate providers, and act as Incident Commander for organizational emergency response.

Manage day-to-day operations across a 16-site clinic network, supervise site managers, ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness, drive operational improvements, coordinate audits and corrective action, and support quality, staffing, and site standardization while traveling frequently between clinics.

Provide operational leadership for one or multiple clinic sites: manage daily operations, staff scheduling and performance, patient flow, compliance, safety, inventory, vendor/facility coordination, and quality metrics. Drive process improvements, support clinicians, handle administrative tasks (deposits, meetings, reporting), and ensure emergency preparedness. Occasional travel required.
