Greet patients, answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance and collect payments, assist with enrollment in public insurance programs, maintain front-desk records, perform general clerical tasks and follow HIPAA confidentiality and clinic policies.

Manage day-to-day operations across a 16-site clinic network, supervise site managers, ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness, drive operational improvements, coordinate audits and corrective action, and support quality, staffing, and site standardization while traveling frequently between clinics.

Provide operational leadership for one or multiple clinic sites: manage daily operations, staff scheduling and performance, patient flow, compliance, safety, inventory, vendor/facility coordination, and quality metrics. Drive process improvements, support clinicians, handle administrative tasks (deposits, meetings, reporting), and ensure emergency preparedness. Occasional travel required.
