Requires strong communication, customer service, organizational, computer, data-entry, and interpersonal skills, with English and Spanish preferred.

Greets patients, answers phones, schedules and confirms appointments, updates registration information, verifies insurance and payments, assists with coverage enrollment, maintains confidential records, and addresses patient concerns. The role requires strong customer service, communication, confidentiality, computer, data-entry, and organizational skills, with preferred bilingual Spanish-English ability and six months of medical receptionist experience.

Leads clinical and health services operations across medical, dental, behavioral health, laboratory, immunization, outreach, and related programs. Oversees managers, staffing, training, budgets, regulatory and contract compliance, accreditation, quality measures, policies, strategic planning, grants, and clinic construction or renovation activities. Reports to the CEO, participates in organizational planning, chairs operational meetings, and serves as Incident Commander.

Coordinate and process patient referrals and prior authorizations, document actions in the EHR (NextGen/i2i), follow up on appointment status/results, communicate with patients/providers/insurers, assist utilization and quality programs, and cross-cover Referral Coordinator duties across clinic sites.
