Leads Vision, Hearing, and Podiatry clinical scheduling teams; develops scheduling strategies, monitors efficiency, coaches coordinators, and improves processes and systems. Partners with customer support, sales, marketing, product, and other scheduling teams to resolve issues, support new markets, improve service delivery, and maintain client satisfaction. Analyzes scheduling data, prepares market reports, and promotes continuous improvement and accountability.
