Manages and retains existing accounts with skilled nursing and senior living facilities. Provides customer service, identifies sales and marketing opportunities, conducts facility visits, attends trade shows, coordinates promotional materials, resolves issues, and supports insurance sales. Requires territory management, frequent overnight travel, relationship building, and the ability to obtain or maintain a life and health insurance license.

Manages full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, offer management, and hiring-manager partnership. Builds talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and cold outreach. Maintains ATS data, prepares recruiting reports and PowerPoint updates, coordinates interviews, supports negotiations, and ensures a positive candidate experience while meeting recruiting KPIs.

Coordinates audiology equipment and supplies for mobile healthcare field teams. Responsibilities include inventory tracking, calibration records, ordering, shipping, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, vendor coordination, hearing aid reconciliation, and compliance documentation. The role also supports onboarding new field staff, manages replacement parts and custom orders, and reports inventory information to finance.
