Provide general podiatry services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across the Flagstaff, Arizona area. Conduct onsite treatment, document chart notes, enter billing codes, and work independently while traveling between assigned facilities. The role requires a podiatric medical degree, residency completion, an active state license, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Lead technology and business transformation projects from planning through implementation and transition. Manage project plans, timelines, risks, documentation, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Deliver initiatives involving EMR/EHR, Salesforce, integrations, automation, data migrations, and AI; promote PM standards, governance, change management, training, and adoption across the organization.

Lead and optimize multi-service clinical operations (dental, vision, audiology, podiatry) across multi-site care settings. Drive operational strategy, budget management, project execution, analytics, technology adoption, compliance, team development, and M&A integration to improve patient-centered service delivery.
