Provides Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, maintains IT infrastructure, troubleshoots complex issues, and supports service migration and evolution. Works across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, with Microsoft 365 administration, Docker, DevOps, GitLab, CI/CD, and AWS migration activities. Documents technical solutions, supports internal users, collaborates with technical teams, and contributes to infrastructure and cloud-related initiatives onsite in Luxembourg.

Facilitates Scrum ceremonies, coaches teams, resolves conflicts, removes impediments, supports product backlog refinement, and improves agile engineering processes. Promotes Scrum adoption among stakeholders, facilitates communication, monitors team metrics, and drives productivity improvements. Requires at least five years of IT experience, three years in a relevant role, a bachelor’s degree, English proficiency, and an internationally recognized Scrum certification.

Develop and govern Workday reports, dashboards, analytics, calculated fields, prompts, and integration data sources. Lead requirements workshops, translate business needs into reporting specifications, analyze legacy reports, manage testing and tenant migration, apply security and governance standards, resolve defects, and support deployment. Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, user training, report cataloging, and post-go-live hypercare for client reporting solutions.
