The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for managing and administering the ServiceNow platform, overseeing development, analyzing business requirements, and presenting solutions, while also ensuring platform security and user training.

The Business Analyst will gather and validate business requirements, maintain documentation, and collaborate with teams to support solution implementation and project management.

Lead testing activities for complex web and mobile applications: design and execute manual and automated tests, perform API testing with Postman, integrate tests into CI/CD, track defects, support performance testing, mentor QA peers, and maintain QA documentation and metrics to ensure delivery of high-quality software.
