Responsibilities include prospecting, closing new business, managing commercial accounts, developing branded fuel programs, negotiating terms, maintaining sales pipelines, forecasting, monitoring market conditions, and coordinating with supply, pricing, operations, credit, and leadership teams. Extensive territory travel and customer relationship management are required.

Coordinates fuel and lubricant deliveries, routing, inventory levels, contracts, carrier and terminal communications, and customer orders. Monitors scheduling systems and tank data, adjusts routes during disruptions, prepares reports, documents incidents, processes delivery paperwork, and supports billing inquiries. The role also handles customer updates, supply forecasting, compliance tracking, and transportation efficiency initiatives while providing flexible coverage across shifts, holidays, and PTO.
