Provides autonomous, full-cycle HR support across a global workforce, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, payroll and benefits coordination, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, policy development, and manager coaching. The role independently handles complex employee relations cases, improves HR processes through technology and AI, and supports consistent HR practices across multiple countries and employment environments.

Sources, screens, qualifies, and onboards freelance contributors for AI data and annotation projects. Maintains talent pipelines, candidate records, ATS and workforce databases, onboarding documentation, compliance processes, and sourcing reports. Collaborates with engagement, project management, and operations teams to align workforce supply with project demand, support workforce ramp-ups, and provide sourcing insights and forecasts.

Coordinates localization and multimedia projects from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, assigning internal and external resources, scheduling work, monitoring deadlines, maintaining project systems, executing quality checks, managing client feedback, and ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality standards. The role also supports client satisfaction and repeat business through clear communication and issue resolution.
