Develops, evaluates, and deploys AI foundation and generative models for weather, hydrology, and earth system applications. The researcher will train and optimize deep learning models on large GPU-based HPC systems, analyze atmospheric and hydrological datasets, benchmark model performance, and collaborate with scientists and public and private sector stakeholders. Responsibilities also include scientific coding, technical analysis, publications, reports, and documentation.

Designs and builds scalable enterprise data pipelines, integrations, models, warehouses, and cloud data platforms. Translates business needs into data solutions, improves data quality and governance, applies software engineering and AI-assisted development practices, and contributes to architecture, modernization, technical standards, and technology roadmaps. Provides technical leadership to engineers while supporting reporting, analytics, automation, and enterprise decision-making.

Manage and advance enterprise Windows endpoint management services across diverse systems and devices. Responsibilities include implementing, maintaining, modernizing, and retiring endpoint solutions; developing technology roadmaps; troubleshooting integrated systems; collaborating with IT, cybersecurity, service desk, scientific users, and leadership; and leading significant IT initiatives. The role requires Windows, Active Directory, SCCM, networking, virtualization, automation, scripting, and strong communication skills.
