Supports systems modeling, simulation, controls analysis, software verification and validation, and vehicle data analysis for advanced vehicle technology competitions. Develops MIL, SIL, and HIL workflows; evaluates hybrid and electric vehicle systems; processes automotive test data; and contributes to analysis tools, reporting frameworks, and technical guidance. Collaborates with industry, government, university, and supplier partners while mentoring student teams and delivering training on modeling, controls, software development, and engineering analysis.

Conduct experimental particle physics research with the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider. Responsibilities include physics analysis, detector performance studies, experiment operations, detector upgrades, scientific programming, software development, and data analysis. The associate will collaborate on silicon detectors, Trigger/DAQ systems, high-performance computing, and machine learning projects in a multidisciplinary research environment.

Conduct basic and applied research on metallization and decarbonized metal production using aqueous, non-aqueous, and molten salt electrolysis. Develop electrolytes, determine physicochemical properties, improve electrolysis processes, and perform materials synthesis, plating, and solution-based processing. Safely handle air-sensitive chemicals and operate gloveboxes. Prepare reports, presentations, and publications while contributing innovative technical solutions in a collaborative laboratory environment.
