Perform quantum mechanical calculations to study catalytic active sites and reaction mechanisms, develop agentic and physics-aware AI/ML models to accelerate catalysis discovery, collaborate with experimental teams, and communicate results via publications and presentations.

Design and perform organic synthesis to create new battery electrolyte materials; run analytical and electrochemical tests; collect, analyze, and report data; maintain lab notebooks and follow safety protocols while collaborating with team members.

Postdoctoral researcher will develop operando diagnostic hardware and software for aqueous batteries, perform micro-CT, ultrasonic, x-ray, SEM and electrochemical experiments, manage and analyze large datasets, design experiments, and communicate results via conferences and peer-reviewed publications.
