Develop and execute global patent strategies for life sciences innovations, manage patent portfolios, assess infringement and freedom-to-operate risks, support transactions and disputes, and advise scientific, commercial, regulatory, and business development teams. The role also helps build accountable AI-assisted IP workflows, including agent pilots, legal oversight, knowledge retrieval, portfolio reporting, and team capability development.

Lead US and global life sciences patent litigation, BPCIA and ANDA disputes, contested matters, portfolio strategy, prosecution, freedom-to-operate analyses, transactions, and litigation readiness. Partner with scientific, commercial, legal, and external counsel teams on drug-development programs and biosimilar matters. Manage complex cases, budgets, discovery, experts, and settlements while helping build accountable AI-assisted legal workflows.

Leads Argenx’s global procurement excellence function, including transformation, Source-to-Pay optimization, digital and AI adoption, category management, supplier performance, analytics, negotiation excellence, and procurement governance. Builds a global multidisciplinary team, establishes capability roadmaps and standards, drives measurable value through KPIs and continuous improvement, and partners with senior stakeholders across finance, legal, technology, R&D, clinical operations, quality, and regulatory functions.
