Analyze aggregated safety data, leverage analytics/AI outputs, support benefit-risk assessments, draft periodic safety reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain compliance with global pharmacovigilance requirements.

Drive demand generation and sales for the Neurology franchise across an assigned territory through HCP, academic, and specialty pharmacy/infusion engagement. Develop territory plans, meet quarterly sales targets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, submit CRM activity and account plans, and adhere to compliance and company policies.

Lead and deliver the Rewards & Recognition strategy across Developed Markets (excl. US, Canada, Japan). Own compensation cycles, benefits, equity program decisions, recognition mechanisms, and global mobility. Co-architect global R&R initiatives, partner with HRBPs and business leaders, build vendor relationships, and grow a high-impact R&R team to drive talent attraction, retention, and pay transparency.
