Lead the Starting Materials QC team to test raw materials and packaging, ensure GMP-compliant release, perform HPLC/GC and wet chemistry testing, manage documentation, investigations and reports, drive continuous improvement, and develop team members.

Act as primary client contact to translate forecasts into an 18-month Master Production Schedule (MPS), manage MRP parameters, coordinate material deliveries, track artwork/version control and packaging change controls, resolve capacity constraints, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery aligned with production.

Lead FP&A for US CMO business units: produce monthly management accounts, variance analysis, budgeting and consolidation. Partner with general managers, provide cost modelling and operational performance recommendations, act as primary finance contact for non-transactional queries, and deliver projects as assigned by the CFO.
