Lead MSP-focused cyber operations for Arete's MDR services: drive MSP onboarding, service adoption, operational excellence, client relationships, service development, sales support, and team leadership to scale managed security offerings.

Serve as primary operational contact for MSP clients using MDR/XDR and related MSS offerings. Support onboarding, service adoption, SOC operations, incident response, threat hunting, process documentation, operational reviews, client relationship management, and cross-functional coordination to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
