Leads technical program planning, execution, scheduling, delivery, risk mitigation, business development, manpower planning, and proposal development for maritime airborne systems. Bridges engineering, production, and management while coordinating stakeholders, maintaining project plans and status reports, supporting financial tracking, and presenting program reviews. Requires extensive program management experience, DoD acquisition knowledge, electro-optical and gimbal design experience, and familiarity with project, financial, labor-tracking, and collaboration tools.

Lead engineering program execution across design, development, and production teams for complex defense programs. Manage integrated schedules, cost tracking, risks, opportunities, manpower planning, technical reviews, production introduction, proposals, and customer briefings. Provide technical direction while coordinating engineering, production, program management, customers, and government stakeholders. Support the full program lifecycle and ensure technical, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

Develop and maintain production-quality software for advanced sensing and data analysis. Design, prototype, test, optimize, and integrate signal and image processing algorithms into scalable architectures and operational systems. Responsibilities may include computer vision, sonar processing, object detection and tracking, sensor characterization, machine learning, data pipelines, and physics-based modeling. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and onsite work in Tucson, Arizona.
