Serve as the founding data scientist, establishing modeling and experimentation practices while designing and deploying predictive models for pricing, forecasting, personalization, recommendations, and marketplace optimization. Analyze user behavior, lead A/B testing and causal inference, build reliable Python data workflows, and communicate insights to technical and business stakeholders.

Leads go-to-market strategy and integrated growth campaigns for new marketplace categories. Manages paid social, influencer marketing, Google Ads, partnerships, and experiential initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Establishes KPIs, reporting, and testing frameworks; analyzes performance and customer behavior; collaborates with merchandising, product, design, analytics, and operations; manages external partners; and presents recommendations to leadership.

Owns the company’s long-range plan, annual budget, rolling forecasts, unit economics, workforce planning, and operating model. Partners with the CFO and business leaders on KPI reporting, board materials, growth cases, and budget management. The role also builds and mentors the FP&A team, defines marketplace metrics, and leads the finance systems roadmap, including planning tools, BI, and transactional data pipelines.
