As a Senior React Native Engineer, you'll develop Arena Club's mobile app features, improve performance, ensure quality, and lead project deployments.

Build, maintain, and extend Arena Club's modern data stack from ingestion through transformation to BI. Own dbt modeling, testing, and documentation; manage connectors and data syncs; develop and govern BI models and dashboards; partner cross-functionally to gather requirements and translate business questions into reusable datasets and production-ready analytics.

Lead and scale a 40+ engineering organization, implement an Engineering Operating System, drive hiring and career development, partner on roadmap and architecture, champion AI/LLM developer tools, refine SDLC/CI/CD, and foster a high-agency inclusive culture.
