Leads go-to-market strategy and integrated growth campaigns for new marketplace categories. Manages paid social, influencer marketing, Google Ads, partnerships, and experiential initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Establishes KPIs, reporting, and testing frameworks; analyzes performance and customer behavior; collaborates with merchandising, product, design, analytics, and operations; manages external partners; and presents recommendations to leadership.

Owns the company’s long-range plan, annual budget, rolling forecasts, unit economics, workforce planning, and operating model. Partners with the CFO and business leaders on KPI reporting, board materials, growth cases, and budget management. The role also builds and mentors the FP&A team, defines marketplace metrics, and leads the finance systems roadmap, including planning tools, BI, and transactional data pipelines.

Own accounting and tax operations for a fast-growing digital collectibles marketplace, including close, financial statements, ASC 606 revenue recognition, tax reporting, internal controls, external audit, ERP and accounting technology, and team leadership. The role requires building scalable processes, assessing growth-related accounting implications, and managing accounting operations across marketplace transactions, grading, vaulting, digital packs, shipping, and payments.
