Lead Arena's email and lifecycle strategy to drive onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement. Design multi-channel lifecycle programs, build segmentation and automation infrastructure with Product and Engineering, run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze performance, and write compelling lifecycle copy for technical audiences.

Responsible for designing experiments to evaluate AI models, developing evaluation methodologies, analyzing performance data, and collaborating on production insights.

The Product Solutions Engineer will integrate AI models with clients, deliver evaluations, improve processes, and collaborate on product development.
