Stadium experience and strong electronics engineering expertise are required.

Oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and performance of advanced electronic systems. Lead predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, compliance, continuous improvement, and system optimization initiatives. Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, support design and commissioning, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality, reliability, and sustainable engineering practices across stadium-related operations.

Oversee project financial, operational, and managerial functions, including budget control, site operations, maintenance programs, materials availability, staffing, safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Lead and evaluate senior personnel, coordinate with regional and headquarters teams, support training and development, conduct project reviews, and report progress to senior management while ensuring efficient project delivery.
