Perform plumbing calculations, develop drawings, BIM models, schedules, and permit documentation. Coordinate across disciplines, review code compliance, support construction administration, conduct field surveys, and assist project managers with budgets, schedules, and quality control.

Design and support HVAC systems from concept through construction documents using Revit/AutoCAD and HVAC load software. Perform equipment selection, duct and piping sizing, code compliance, coordination with other disciplines, permit and specification preparation, field surveys, and construction administration. Support project managers with budgets, schedules, and quality control.

Develop and maintain schedules and budgets for infrastructure projects, analyze risks, and provide project controls reports for effective planning.
