Plan and schedule pre-contract and post-contract construction activities for large data centre fit-out projects. Responsibilities include preparing tender programmes, histograms, S-curves, programme narratives, and prequalification documents; reviewing project scopes and timelines; supporting client presentations; engaging supply chain partners; and assisting site teams with critical-path reviews, progress reporting, look-ahead programmes, package programmes, earned value reporting, and as-built programme development.

The Quantity Surveyor manages project surveying and commercial functions, including contract budgets, legal and contractual matters, records, monthly commercial reporting, cash collection, risk management, procurement, and contract reviews. The role requires collaboration with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and professional teams across EU construction projects. Candidates need construction industry experience, knowledge of measurement, valuation, procurement, commercial reporting, and standard and bespoke contract forms.

Own the Group’s data architecture and Microsoft Fabric platform, personally building pipelines, lakehouses, semantic models, and reports. Establish data governance, master data management, quality standards, and GDPR-compliant practices. Lead the Helix roadmap, budget, vendors, and architecture governance while migrating from legacy systems. Build and manage the Group Data team, coordinate regional stakeholders, and support Finance and future AI initiatives across multiple European entities.
