Lead plant financial and operational performance through accounting oversight, budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, cost control, variance analysis, working-capital management, and investment evaluation. Partner with production, supply chain, maintenance, quality, and corporate finance teams to translate operational data into financial insights. Maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards, ensure reporting accuracy and compliance, support continuous improvement, and manage or mentor team members.

Own the Group’s data architecture and Microsoft Fabric platform, personally building pipelines, lakehouses, semantic models, and reports. Establish data governance, master data management, quality standards, and GDPR-compliant practices. Lead the Helix roadmap, budget, vendors, and architecture governance while migrating from legacy systems. Build and manage the Group Data team, coordinate regional stakeholders, and support Finance and future AI initiatives across multiple European entities.

Manage all financial activities of the industrial unit including accounting, treasury, taxation, credit control, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audit coordination, cash flow and bank relationships, and lead the local finance team to support profitability and strategic decisions.
