Support investment underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, and debt sourcing for acquisitions. Oversee asset management tasks including refurbishments, leasing coordination, vendor and property management, and KPI reporting. Assist fund-level reporting, investor materials, and ad-hoc fundraising or investor relations projects while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Support the Private Credit team with deal execution and monitoring: draft investment memos, join diligence calls, build financial models, manage CRM and deal pipeline, produce meeting and committee minutes, and assist portfolio monitoring and internal updates.

Support investment team with financial modeling, valuation analysis of private equity funds and companies, prepare investment recommendations and memos for the global investment committee, and assist on ad hoc reports and projects.
