Supports private equity buyout investments through target company and industry research, financial statement analysis, financial modeling, valuation, investment memorandum preparation, due diligence review, portfolio monitoring, and exit strategy support. The internship requires German and English fluency, strong academics, analytical and organizational skills, and current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program. Prior experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or strategy consulting is preferred.

Supports private equity fundraising and investor reporting through financial modeling, portfolio analysis, due diligence materials, customized presentations, performance reporting, investor research, and communications. The intern will work with internal teams to answer investor inquiries, identify potential limited partners, analyze financial news, and coordinate investor information campaigns. The role requires strong Excel skills, financial modeling knowledge, attention to detail, and fluency in English and German.
