Infrastructure investment intern supporting transaction due diligence, sector research, financial modeling, valuation, business plan analysis, investment decision materials, and portfolio company monitoring. The role involves collaborating with investment professionals across European infrastructure markets. Candidates should have strong academic performance, relevant finance or consulting internships, commercial understanding of private equity and corporate finance, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, analytical ability, communication skills, and professional English fluency. German or another European language is preferred.

Supports Ardian’s Private Equity Buyout team with sourcing, analyzing, valuing, and executing investment opportunities. Responsibilities include researching target companies and sectors, building company and LBO models, conducting comparable-company analysis, preparing investment memoranda, reviewing commercial, financial, and legal due diligence, and developing sector investment theses. The intern collaborates with senior investment professionals, advisors, experts, management teams, and regional teams.
