Leads Tier 3 administration and recovery of on-premises, virtual, and cloud server environments. Responsibilities include Windows and Linux systems, VMware, AWS services, storage, backup and disaster recovery, databases, identity services, patching, monitoring, hardware support, vendor escalations, documentation, and after-hours critical-incident response. The role is onsite in Washington, D.C., supports 24x7x365 escalation requirements, and requires participation in a government background investigation.

Leads Tier 3 operations for enterprise wired, wireless, WAN, Internet, cloud connectivity, and distributed antenna networks. Installs and configures Cisco and Aruba infrastructure, monitors performance with SolarWinds, troubleshoots complex outages, manages upgrades and vendor restoration, maintains network documentation, and handles critical incident escalations. Requires onsite support in Washington, D.C., 24x7x365 after-hours availability, and a current CCNP certification.

Provides Tier 2/3 technical support across enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, integrations, and hybrid environments. Troubleshoots complex incidents, manages ServiceNow tickets, supports deployments and changes, performs root-cause and trend analysis, maintains technical documentation, and contributes to operational reporting, SLA tracking, and service improvements.
