Designs, configures, troubleshoots, and optimizes secure network connectivity across cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and legacy environments. Monitors network performance, resolves incidents, supports controlled infrastructure changes, maintains technical documentation, and prepares operational reporting. The role also supports resilient cloud integration, security controls, service restoration, root-cause analysis, and formal IT service-management processes.

Provides Tier 2/3 technical support across enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, integrations, and hybrid environments. Troubleshoots complex incidents, manages ServiceNow tickets, supports deployments and changes, performs root-cause and trend analysis, maintains technical documentation, and contributes to operational reporting, SLA tracking, and service improvements.

Design, develop, and maintain geospatial system architectures, ensuring compliance with federal standards while optimizing GIS applications and data infrastructure.
