Lead Java software development and modernization of web applications, systems, and service components in AWS environments. Provide technical guidance to sponsors, implement accessible agile engineering practices, integrate databases and APIs, manage ServiceNow and enterprise software, support accreditation lifecycles, oversee Tier 1–3 support, and create technical documentation, security plans, workflows, and deployment processes.
