Own a territory and build a new-business pipeline targeting importers, exporters, and supply chain decision-makers. Prospect, conduct discovery, develop solutions, negotiate, and close freight and logistics opportunities. Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts, represent the company at industry events, and partner with customer experience teams for handoffs and expansion opportunities. The role requires strong ocean and air freight knowledge, disciplined sales execution, networking ability, emotional intelligence, and a proven record of hunting and closing new business.

Own a portfolio of international logistics accounts as the primary customer contact, managing relationships, pricing, quoting, onboarding, service quality, SOP compliance, and account growth. Collaborate with Pricing, Operations, Imports, Exports, and Customs to resolve issues, monitor KPIs, maintain CRM and TMS records, support business reviews, and drive process improvements. The role requires hands-on execution, proactive communication, independent judgment, and knowledge of ocean and air freight forwarding processes.

The Controller manages daily financial operations, builds processes and controls, oversees cash flow and forecasting, prepares financial reports, supports strategic decisions, and ensures compliance and integrity in financial practices.
