Leads Arctic Wolf’s Incident Response practice, managing and developing DFIR professionals while overseeing complex investigations, ransomware and cyber extortion incidents, forensic analysis, recovery, customer engagements, and service delivery. The role establishes operational standards, metrics, quality assurance, staffing processes, and continuous improvements. It also serves as a senior technical escalation resource, communicates with executives, legal counsel, and insurers, supports strategic growth, and participates in on-call rotations.

Leads Arctic Wolf’s global digital marketing strategy, roadmap, budget, paid media, SEO, digital experience, agency relationships, and performance against pipeline and revenue goals. Builds and develops digital marketing teams, directs campaign prioritization and optimization, partners across marketing, sales, creative, and web development, and advises executives on digital experience and audience strategy. The role also oversees testing, competitive analysis, website conversion optimization, and global go-to-market alignment.

Identify and prospect new commercial customers, educate prospects on cybersecurity services, partner with channel organizations, and use a consultative sales approach to create value-based relationships. The representative manages sales cycles from days to months, consistently achieves quota, builds relationships, collaborates with internal teams, and shares sales best practices. Strong technical aptitude, business acumen, communication, organization, and multitasking skills are required.
