Administer and support global corporate network and office infrastructure, respond to incidents and service requests, configure firewalls/switches/Wi‑Fi, participate in on‑call rotation, run infrastructure projects and documentation, monitor security and capacity, and provide escalation support to IT helpdesk.

Lead and scale a remote team of Business Application Administrators and Developers supporting Salesforce, NetSuite, BI, and integrations. Own Agile delivery, SDLC and release management, operational support, metrics-driven improvement, stakeholder escalation, and team development including performance and career growth.

Lead NetSuite and related procurement/time & expense platform administration, translating finance and procurement requirements into scalable configurations, integrations, and workflows. Support releases, testing, governance, access controls, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement across source-to-pay processes while collaborating with Business Applications and senior stakeholders.
