Senior Sales Engineer responsible for driving technical wins across the Midlands territory. Partners with Account Executives, leads discovery, assesses customer environments, delivers demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Value engagements, and advises technical and executive stakeholders on cybersecurity solutions. Builds reseller and MSP relationships, supports events and enablement, mentors team members, and contributes to process improvements. Requires strong cybersecurity expertise, customer-facing pre-sales experience, consultative selling skills, and familiarity with cloud, networking, identity, endpoint, and security operations technologies.

Manages an enterprise-focused sales development team, overseeing coaching, performance management, reporting, forecasting, quota attainment, hiring, and enablement. Partners with senior leadership, marketing, sales, and channel teams to execute go-to-market initiatives, contests, and demand-generation programs. Requires experience managing SDR or sales teams, delivering measurable results, and using CRM and forecasting systems.

Build and maintain automated testing frameworks, CI/CD integrations, and tools for API, performance, load, fuzz, and functional testing. Develop evaluation frameworks and pipelines for GenAI and AI/ML applications, including LLM accuracy, latency, bias, toxicity, hallucination detection, and reliability testing. Review test strategies, collaborate with development teams, and work across distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity technologies.
