As a Staff Developer, you will design and maintain scalable backend services, implement APIs, mentor junior developers, and ensure system security and performance in a collaborative environment.

Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to deliver HR strategy across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, org design, leadership coaching, M&A integration, international expansion with PEOs, and process improvements. Serve as project lead for HR initiatives, analyze people metrics, and build scalable HR solutions.

Manage corporate customers using Arctic Wolf CyberSOC to drive renewals and expansions via consultative selling. Deliver quarterly account reviews, advise customers, build risk mitigation plans, forecast at-risk accounts, and coordinate issue resolution while ensuring customer satisfaction and data security.
