Guide autonomous technology deployment by identifying customer capability gaps, translating needs into engineering requirements, developing new engagements, demonstrating solutions, and supporting Arctic field operations. The role combines product insight, client and government relations, procurement expertise, onsite monitoring, and operational testing in challenging environments.

Design, simulate, build, test, and deploy RF hardware for autonomous systems operating in Arctic environments. Responsibilities include developing filters, amplifiers, LNAs, antennas, and support circuitry; integrating LoRa, INS, GNSS, RTK, and PPK; leading RF integration across communications and autonomy platforms; conducting cold-chamber and field testing; and collaborating with systems, software, hardware, mechanical, and GIS engineers.

Designs, tests, and deploys cold-hardened mechanical hardware for autonomous Arctic systems. Responsibilities include materials selection, sealing, joinery, reliability engineering, cold-chamber and durability testing, QA standards, multidisciplinary integration, and field testing in Arctic environments. The role covers the full product lifecycle from concept and prototyping through production and deployment, with travel to Arctic sites and industry meetings.
