Serve as the on-site operational lead for a remote wilderness lodge, enforcing SOPs, coordinating department leads, acting as Manager-on-Duty, escalating serious incidents, supporting guest readiness, and contributing to emergency preparedness and team culture in an off-grid environment.

Manage and maintain remote Arctic expedition camps, overseeing camp systems, fuel and water, inventories, staff coordination, safety, and guest support while working with Inuit guides and operations teams in harsh conditions.

Join Arctic Kingdom expedition teams to guide and support remote Arctic trips. Duties include guiding, camp operations, logistics, culinary and marine support, guest services, safety, and teamwork in remote conditions.
