Leads strategic growth for Arc'teryx PRO wholesale and government reseller accounts across the United States. Responsibilities include account strategy, relationship management, sales growth, forecasting, assortment planning, business reviews, market analysis, partner feedback, contract execution, marketing initiatives, and industry events. The role collaborates cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Product, Business Development, and Brand teams, while supporting professional end-user communities and traveling up to 30%.

Design innovative women’s hiking apparel from concept through commercialization. Create patterns, mockups, prototypes, technical drawings, and fit direction while collaborating with product development, materials, fit, pattern, and manufacturing teams. Resolve construction and production issues, evaluate materials and technologies, support seasonal line planning, present designs, and contribute to long-term women’s apparel strategy. The role is on-site in North Vancouver and includes occasional trade show, event, and vendor travel.

Supports footwear colour design by translating seasonal trends, brand standards, and athlete insights into colour palettes and product applications. Collaborates with designers, merchandisers, and product management on assortments, retail flow, cross-merchandising, and regional collections. Conducts colour and trend research, develops visual presentations, and maintains accurate colour documentation while meeting critical path deadlines.
