Lead North America specialty footwear sales strategy, manage and coach Territory Managers and partners, grow distribution and sell-through, collaborate with marketing, demand planning, and trade teams, support partner relationships and trade events, and travel up to 50% to drive category growth and execution.

Lead global brand strategy and a team of brand managers to define positioning, GTM gates, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive consumer insights, campaigns, KPIs, and partnerships (athletes, agencies, communities). Enable design and product storytelling, champion inclusion and culture, and present strategic direction to stakeholders to grow Arc'teryx's global brand and market presence.

As Pattern Making Lead, you will guide a team in creating innovative patterns, ensuring quality and fit while supporting product development timelines and training staff.
