It also supports embellishment and uniform programs, system enhancements, training resources, and occasional commercial team travel.

Leads web and mobile software development teams, providing technical direction, coaching, architecture guidance, code reviews, and production support. Defines technical strategy and product roadmaps for e-commerce platforms, oversees quality, testing, performance, reliability, and integrations, and partners with product, project, and program leaders on delivery.
