Support the Fit & Pattern team to maintain fit, quality, and performance across product. Manage block sample library, support CLO3D block library, collaborate with Design, Development, Merchandising and Compliance to ensure consistent sizing and fit, and assist fit specialists through development to fit-approved stage. Help create fit documentation and ensure models represent target figures.

Serve as the in-store face of Arc'teryx: deliver expert, guest-focused service, share product knowledge, process transactions, support inventory and store operations, represent the brand in-store and in the community, and contribute to team growth and store improvements.

Lead North America specialty footwear sales strategy, manage and coach Territory Managers and partners, grow distribution and sell-through, collaborate with marketing, demand planning, and trade teams, support partner relationships and trade events, and travel up to 50% to drive category growth and execution.
