Provide exceptional in-store guest experiences through technical product knowledge, authentic recommendations, problem-solving, and brand advocacy. Process purchases, returns, warranties, and Used Gear trade-ins through the POS system; answer phones and emails; support merchandising, store initiatives, inventory receiving, and other store tasks. Full-time employees must maintain weekend, opening, and closing availability and handle boxes weighing 5–30 pounds.

Serve as a bridge between technology and business teams for sustainability systems. Elicit and translate requirements, document processes, support DPP/PLM/ERP integrations, validate data quality, execute testing, troubleshoot issues, and drive change management and training to ensure regulatory readiness and product traceability.

Lead in-store operations and guest experience, coach and develop Product Guides, manage sales floor activities, inventory and visual merchandising, support store business metrics and community engagement, and perform opening/closing and Product Guide duties as needed.
