Leads Arc'teryx's global Consumer Insights function, defining its strategic vision, operating model, analytics capabilities, and multi-year roadmap. Advises executive leadership by translating complex consumer and business data into actionable narratives that guide brand strategy, innovation, growth, and customer connection. Builds a high-performing global team, oversees segmentation and data integration, advances AI-driven analytics, and develops enterprise frameworks, partnerships, and measurement tools.

Publishes and maintains product copy, translations, and studio imagery across global e-commerce websites and regions. Coordinates with merchandising, localization, studio, and e-commerce teams to meet launch timelines and brand standards. Troubleshoots content issues, analyzes performance, supports content cleanup and roadmap projects, and improves publishing workflows. The role also contributes to documentation, governance, process optimization, and training while ensuring accurate, timely digital product experiences.

Supports the men's running apparel design team from concept through pre-production by creating sketches, patterns, prototypes, technical specifications, and product illustrations. Collaborates with senior designers, materials, fit and pattern, and product development teams to resolve construction and fit issues, test materials, manage documentation, track seasonal timelines, and support product reviews. Requires apparel design expertise, garment construction and sewing skills, pattern development experience, and proficiency with Adobe and digital pattern tools.
