Serve as the in-store brand ambassador delivering technical product knowledge and exceptional guest service. Assist with transactions, inventory receiving, merchandising feedback, store tasks, and community representation. Support store leadership on projects and maintain availability for peak holiday periods.

Lead a team to develop global, multi-year men's trail product assortments and line plans. Define merchandising strategy, manage product lifecycle, partner with Merchandising, Design, Costing and Sourcing, present product briefs, mentor PLMs, drive sales, margin and inventory productivity, and deliver global go-to-market tools while upholding responsible sourcing standards.

Own and improve Arc'teryx Japan's end-to-end post-purchase ecommerce operations, including order checks, fraud and payment exception handling, carrier coordination, promotions, review management, NPS and VOC programs. Provide post-purchase customer insights, build reports, monitor KPIs, and partner cross-functionally to optimize fulfilment and customer experience.
