Serve as the in-store face of Arc'teryx delivering expert product knowledge and exceptional guest experiences. Process transactions and warranties using the POS, manage communications, receive inventory, support merchandising and store initiatives, and participate in community brand representation. Maintain flexibility for seasonal peak periods and collaborate with store leadership on projects and daily operations.

Serve as the in-store brand ambassador delivering expert product knowledge and customer service. Recommend products, process transactions via POS (including warranties and trade-ins), provide merchandising feedback, support store initiatives and leadership, handle phones/emails/social responses, receive/unpack inventory (5–30 lbs), and participate in store tasks and community events. Maintain flexibility for holiday and weekend availability and support continuous personal and team development.

Support product design by patterning and sewing concept prototypes, sewing resolved garments, testing materials, and documenting construction for scalable production. Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and product developers on seasonal projects, contribute to concept development, assist sample teams, and compile project scope and expenditures for funding submissions.
