Supports omnichannel digital experiences connecting ecommerce and retail stores. Responsibilities include improving Click & Collect, inventory visibility, fulfillment, store discovery, and digital-to-store journeys; analyzing performance metrics; contributing to ecommerce roadmaps; coordinating store digital content; investigating platform issues; documenting processes; and providing recommendations based on guest, operational, competitor, and analytics insights.

Manage a high-volume wholesale orderbook across prebook, in-season, and replenishment cycles. Validate orders against inventory and supply plans, prioritize fulfillment, optimize shipment timing, and protect fill rates, service levels, inventory health, and margin. Partner with Wholesale Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Commercial teams to resolve fulfillment issues, communicate supply constraints, and manage account expectations.

Deliver an exceptional in-store brand experience by providing technical product knowledge, personalized recommendations, customer service, and transaction support. Represent the brand in-store and within the community, contribute to merchandising and store initiatives, answer communications, process purchases, returns, warranties, and trade-ins, and receive inventory. Requires flexible weekend and weekday shift availability, including holiday-season availability and the ability to handle boxes weighing 5–30 pounds.
