Supports FP&A for North American indirect SG&A functions through month-end close, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, recurring reporting, scenario modeling, and spend analysis. Partners with functional leaders and cost center owners to provide actionable financial insights, validate data, improve reporting quality, and optimize processes and systems. The role also leads continuous improvement initiatives and helps strengthen finance business partnering across the organization.

Design and develop seasonal performance footwear from concept through production. Create sketches, renderings, prototypes, technical drawings, and tech packs while shaping footwear design DNA. Collaborate with product development, materials, merchandising, commercial teams, factories, athletes, and innovation partners to resolve fit, construction, material, and manufacturing challenges. Research user needs, test concepts, support stage gates and handoffs, and contribute to commercially relevant, technically advanced footwear products.

Design and develop innovative performance footwear from concept through production, shaping Arc'teryx’s footwear design strategy and product DNA. Create concepts, technical packs, patterns, prototypes, and material solutions while partnering with development, merchandising, manufacturing, color, and commercial teams. Conduct user-centered research, incorporate athlete feedback, support stage-gate presentations, resolve production needs, and mentor teammates. The role is on-site in Portland and requires national and international travel averaging 35%.
