Support the Fit & Pattern team to maintain fit, quality, and performance across apparel products. Manage block and sample libraries, collaborate with design, development, sewing, merchandising and marketing, support CLO3D and fit documentation, and assist fit specialists through development to approval.

Serve as the in-store brand ambassador delivering technical product knowledge and exceptional guest service. Recommend products, process transactions (POS, warranties, trade‑ins), handle phones/emails, assist merchandising and inventory (unpack boxes), support store initiatives, and participate in community brand events. Maintain strong teamwork, flexibility, and ongoing personal and product development.

As a Product Guide at Arc'teryx, you will provide exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and promote the brand while supporting team initiatives and store tasks.
