Support creation and execution of Veilance women's product line plans, partnering with design, development, costing, sourcing, and merchandise planning to drive KPIs, lifecycle management, market research, GTM materials, and in-season sales performance.

Lead and improve Korea ecommerce operations and fulfillment, manage 3PL/carrier partnerships, own post-purchase journey and VOC initiatives, ensure compliance with Korean market requirements, and support SAP/CRM system transitions to enable scalable DTC ecommerce.

Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal counsel to Brand and Commercial teams on campaigns, collaborations, sponsorships, talent/influencer agreements, events, advertising/marketing, content and IP rights. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, develop templates and playbooks, manage external counsel, support cross-border activations, and leverage legal technology and AI to streamline contract and risk processes while preserving brand integrity.
