Lead marketing planning and execution across retail and wholesale channels in Taiwan. Write campaign and project briefs, partner with channel owners and regional marketing, and collaborate with Creative and Product Line Management to develop seasonal calendars aligned to brand strategy. Based in Taipei with Friday WFH; candidates must be eligible to work in Taiwan.

Serve as the in-store face of Arc'teryx, delivering product expertise and exceptional guest service. Recommend products, process transactions via POS (including warranties and trade‑ins), support merchandising and store projects, handle inventory receiving, answer phones/emails, and participate in community brand initiatives. Maintain product knowledge, support store leadership, and meet required availability during peak holiday periods.

Support the Brand Experience team executing owned and sponsored events across EMEA (logistics, planning, coordination, asset briefs, product seeding), collaborate cross-functionally, host and coordinate events, and assist vendors and agencies to deliver consistent consumer brand experiences.
