Operate saws, shrink-wrap machines, punch presses and perform hardware application, packaging, and JDE packaging transactions. Read take-off sheets and cut lists, verify measurements, perform quality inspections, complete logs, install and protect glass, and flex to other areas. Follow safety rules and MDR scrap process; perform physically demanding 12-hour shifts with lifting and PPE requirements.

Support and lead plate manufacturing processes: ensure product/process control, resolve quality issues, develop products/processes/equipment per customer requirements, and collaborate with support staff, shift leaders, and hourly workforce. May require off-shift or weekend work.

Develop, maintain, and automate capacity models and reports across labor, equipment, tooling, and materials. Analyze demand versus capacity to identify bottlenecks, support finite/infinite planning and S&OP, consolidate ERP/MES data, track OEE and throughput, and provide actionable insights to improve manufacturing efficiency and schedules.
