Lead and supervise packing operations, operate and maintain department equipment, perform inspections and pre-startup checks, train staff and write work instructions, run meetings, use JDE and Microsoft Office for reporting, ensure safety and ABS tool adoption, and manage team performance.

Provide mechanical engineering support for maintenance, safety, quality, and operations. Troubleshoot equipment, root-cause failures, develop engineered solutions, manage large equipment rebuild projects, lead technical equipment expertise, and support quality, safety, and environmental goals. May provide after-hours support and occasional travel (up to 10%).

Lead EHS operations for a manufacturing facility: develop and implement EHS programs, ensure EPA/OSHA compliance and reporting, manage incident reporting and performance metrics, oversee EHS training and vendor selection, maintain permits and liaise with regulators and corporate stakeholders.
