Provide engineering support to ingot and can reclamation operations: troubleshoot equipment and process issues to root cause, develop and implement engineered solutions, manage major equipment rebuilds and capital projects, and act as technical equipment expert while supporting quality, safety, and environmental goals.

Design, maintain, and improve industrial automation and control systems for extrusion production. Lead automation and electrical upgrade projects, troubleshoot PLC/HMI/SCADA/VFD/servo systems, develop schematics and documentation, support commissioning, and collaborate with production, maintenance, and vendors to improve safety, quality, reliability, productivity, and energy efficiency.

Support and improve extrusion production equipment and processes, lead equipment upgrades and CAPEX projects, develop preventive maintenance strategies, troubleshoot mechanical/hydraulic/electrical/control issues, and drive safety, quality, and reliability improvements in an aerospace extrusion manufacturing environment.
