Lead industrial controls projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing controls design, procurement, PLC/HMI/SCADA programming, installation, commissioning, documentation, troubleshooting, and client coordination. Manage project performance, profitability, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Direct field installation and integration of low-voltage controls systems, evaluate vendors and instrumentation, resolve technical issues, and support growth of self-performed controls services across complex construction and infrastructure projects.

Leads business development for design-build construction services by identifying prospects, expanding market presence, building client relationships, researching markets, attending industry events, managing sales plans and proposal processes, and reporting progress to leadership. The role requires extensive technical sales experience, relationship-building with decision-makers, economic development experience, and travel as needed.

Coordinates administrative and operational support for construction project managers, including proposals, schedules, meeting materials, forms, subcontract and project tracking, files, travel, and vendor or customer communications. The role prepares documents, maintains records, assembles capabilities packages, schedules meetings and trainings, and supports project processes. Candidates need 3–10 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and excellent organizational, proactive, and detail-oriented abilities.
