Lead Arclin’s global cybersecurity strategy across IT and OT environments. Responsibilities include enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, incident response, resilience, security architecture, third-party risk, executive and Board reporting, security awareness, and building a high-performing cybersecurity organization. The role partners with business and technology leaders to protect manufacturing operations, intellectual property, customer data, and critical infrastructure.

Leads global infrastructure engineering standards, governance, technical assurance, platform roadmaps, and continuous improvement. Oversees Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid infrastructure, networking, identity, endpoints, and SAP infrastructure. Manages engineers, vendors, and consultants; drives modernization, cloud adoption, technical debt reduction, production readiness, root-cause resolution, security alignment, and operational resilience across a global, multi-site environment.

Leads regional import and export compliance across EMEA, covering customs documentation, classification, valuation, origin, export licensing, sanctions, denied-party screening, and technology transfers. Monitors regulatory changes, resolves customs and shipment issues, manages brokers and logistics providers, supports audits and government inquiries, and conducts training, risk assessments, and continuous improvement. Partners cross-functionally to maintain compliant and efficient trade operations.
