The role includes client-facing communication, implementation planning, stakeholder management, documentation, and collaboration with technical and functional teams. This is a remote-first role for U.S. or Canada-based candidates with travel up to 25%.

Leads Oracle HCM Cloud consulting engagements focused on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Responsibilities include solution configuration, requirements gathering, process reengineering, implementation planning, prototyping, testing, User Acceptance Testing, client workshops, stakeholder communications, and functional and technical team coordination. The consultant provides best-practice guidance, develops configuration solutions, supports implementation workstreams, and helps clients achieve successful Oracle transformations.
