Teams at Arcis Golf

Assists golf club members and guests with golf bags, carts, club cleaning, bag storage, and range-ball retrieval. Maintains carts and equipment according to club standards while providing friendly, attentive service. The role requires a positive attitude, willingness to learn, reliability, and a passion for member and guest service.

Partners with the Sales Director to sell private events and tournaments, managing prospects from initial inquiry through closing. Responsibilities include lead generation, cold calling, sales calls, club tours, pipeline and CRM management, client relationship development, revenue forecasting, booking tracking, negotiation, and closing new business to maximize club revenue.

Maintains the golf course through mowing, trimming, top dressing, turf treatment, bunker maintenance, hole changing, hedge trimming, and general grounds care. Operates golf course equipment and mows greens, tees, aprons, approaches, roughs, and other course areas. Requires willingness to learn, customer service experience, and strong attention to detail.
