Lead racquets, fitness, wellness, and aquatics operations at a private club. Responsibilities include setting strategy and budgets, overseeing tennis and pickleball programming, managing fitness and aquatics services, recruiting and developing staff, increasing participation and revenue, ensuring safety and compliance, and building strong member relationships.
