Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for dental clinical products covering charting, treatment planning, documentation, imaging, and AI capabilities. Partner with engineering, design, regulatory, sales, marketing, and customer success to translate clinical workflows into trusted products. Engage dentists and clinical teams, define analytics and success metrics, launch new capabilities, and ensure FDA and HIPAA compliance.

Lead frontend feature releases and own production lifecycle for React and TypeScript domains. Build scalable, tested, high-performance AI-powered interfaces, integrate with a Java Spring Boot backend, and improve user experience and team efficiency. Participate in code reviews, estimate development work, monitor frontend health, and ensure stable, reliable software for dental practices.

Generate and qualify leads through high-volume outbound calls, cold outreach, and email campaigns targeting dental practices. Follow up on marketing campaigns, identify prospect pain points, explain Archy’s cloud-based platform, and schedule product demonstrations for sales executives. Use AI tools, CRM software, and sales automation to improve outreach efficiency. Work fully onsite in the Dallas area, meet sales activity KPIs, and conduct local dental practice visits and drop-offs.

Lead and scale a distributed SDR team by hiring, coaching, and developing representatives; optimizing sales playbooks, outbound cadences, and prospecting workflows; managing pipeline targets and KPIs; forecasting results; and partnering with Marketing and Sales leadership. The role requires using HubSpot, AI tools, and sales engagement platforms to improve productivity and top-of-funnel growth for a dental practice management SaaS platform.

Own a portfolio of 300–500 dental practices, driving product adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and churn prevention. Use customer health and product usage data to prioritize outreach, run digital one-to-many programs, manage reactive save motions, and forecast revenue retention. Partner with Onboarding, Support, Sales, Product, and leadership while helping develop scalable customer success playbooks, health scoring, and outreach cadences.
