Drives new patient enrollment through direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, and community outreach activities. Builds relationships with seniors, health plan agents, brokers, social workers, senior housing managers, and community organizations. Plans local events, coordinates health plan enrollment, maintains prospect data in Salesforce, develops market penetration plans, and supports patient retention and issue resolution. Requires limited local travel.
