Provide supervision, guidance, and care for school-age children in before- and after-school programs. Assist with activity planning, attendance records, safety, behavior management, training completion, setup/cleanup, parent communication, and occasional substitution across sites. Maintain professionalism, follow policies and health/safety procedures, and respond to emergencies with trained first aid/CPR.

Supervise BCaBA and behavior technicians and deliver intensive, individualized ABA services in home, school, or community settings. Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and monitor behavior support plans, train and supervise staff, coordinate with families and agencies, handle crisis management, and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.

Provide and supervise intensive, individualized ABA behavioral intervention for children with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Conduct assessments, write behavior plans, train and supervise ABA staff, perform in-home/school visits, coordinate with families and agencies, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Provide supervision, guidance, and safe, enriching activities for before- and after-school children under a site supervisor. Assist with activity planning, attendance records, program setup/cleanup, parent interaction, and required trainings (including CPR/first aid). Maintain program order, follow policies, and act as a positive role model.

Provide supervision, guidance, and safe care for school-age children before and after school. Assist with activity planning, attendance recordkeeping, setup/cleanup, parent communication, and complete required trainings including CPR/First Aid.

Provide and supervise nursing care for students, assess and monitor medical needs, coordinate with parents and physicians, manage medications and health records, participate in IEPs and child study teams, order supplies, complete mandated screenings and reports, and support school staff with health-related training.

Process and review vendor invoices, validate coding and GL accounts, resolve exceptions, monitor approvals and payment timelines, generate AP aging reports, support month/year-end close and audits, and handle vendor inquiries.

Provide and supervise nursing care for students in classroom and school settings, monitor and assess medical needs, administer medications, maintain health records, coordinate with parents/physicians and child study teams, participate in IEPs and staff training, perform mandated screenings/reports, order supplies, and train staff in CPR and restraint techniques.
