Provide supervision, guidance, and safe, enriching activities for before- and after-school children under a site supervisor. Assist with activity planning, attendance records, program setup/cleanup, parent interaction, and required trainings (including CPR/first aid). Maintain program order, follow policies, and act as a positive role model.

Design and create floral arrangements for daily orders and events, manage flower processing and shop maintenance, handle sales transactions, attend trainings and events, work extended hours during peak seasons, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Provide and supervise intensive, individualized ABA behavioral intervention for children with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Conduct assessments, write behavior plans, train and supervise ABA staff, perform in-home/school visits, coordinate with families and agencies, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Provide supervision, guidance, and safe care for school-age children before and after school. Assist with activity planning, attendance recordkeeping, setup/cleanup, parent communication, and complete required trainings including CPR/First Aid.

Supervise BCaBA and behavior technicians and deliver intensive, individualized ABA services in home, school, or community settings. Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and monitor behavior support plans, train and supervise staff, coordinate with families and agencies, handle crisis management, and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.

Provide supervision, guidance, and care for school-age children in before- and after-school programs. Assist with activity planning, attendance records, safety, behavior management, training completion, setup/cleanup, parent communication, and occasional substitution across sites. Maintain professionalism, follow policies and health/safety procedures, and respond to emergencies with trained first aid/CPR.

Oversee and support group homes, supportive living, respite and program staff; ensure regulatory compliance, quality improvement, consumer safety and independence; liaise with families and agencies; conduct intakes, staff supervision, and program administration.
