Post and reconcile insurance and patient payments across providers and locations. Review EOBs and remittances, balance daily payment batches, resolve posting discrepancies and unapplied payments, support claims management, maintain patient ledgers, respond to billing disputes, collaborate with billing team, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of patient financial records.

Provide full-time orthodontic care across multiple practice locations. Deliver patient evaluations, treatment planning, appliance placement and adjustments, collaborate with dental team, and maintain high patient care standards while multitasking in a team environment.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles across multiple states. Source, screen, interview, coordinate offers, background checks, onboarding, maintain ATS records, track recruiting metrics, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers and vendors, support employer branding and recruiting events, and improve recruiting processes.
