Supervise logistics operations, including dispatch, fleet scheduling, transportation routing, warehouse organization, inventory control, shipment documentation, and carrier relationships. Ensure ERP accuracy, regulatory compliance, safety, and on-time deliveries. Lead five floor associates, conduct training and performance management, support material inspections and cycle counts, and improve processes using Lean Six Sigma. The role requires expertise with Seradex and Business Central, millwork materials, cross-border logistics, and warehouse equipment.
